I usually check in here on the blog about my goals at the beginning and the end of every month, but I also like the idea of pausing on the 15th to record a bit of the flavor of the month. It’s the little everyday things that I really want to celebrate. So, here goes! But a small note first: my Dad painted that picture above. Isn’t it gorgeous?
Still reading Murakami’s 1Q84. Still loving it.
Listening to an awful lot of Of Monsters and Men and Mumford and Sons.
Having so much fun playing with all my new toys.
Knocking out some of my January goals and feeling like a rockstar.
Getting connected to some new communities and feeling thrilled about it.
Enjoying every minute I get to spend with Eric.
Still feeling all the magic glow of a new year.
Loving this cold weather!
Attempting to learn to cross stitch.
Squealing with glee that my dad wrote some guest posts on my mom’s blog!
Missing my family.
Looking forward to the next time we’ll get to visit.
Feeling so grateful for all my loved ones.

I’m honored that you featured my painting on your blog; it gives me another idea for a post. And I can just picture you squealing with glee!

But of course! You are a shining example of creativity! I am honored to call you my Daddy 🙂

This is a great idea, and thanks for the pingbacks! I would like to associate January 15 with something other than making a quarterly income tax payment!

For sure! I’ve never gotten it together to file quarterly, so you have my utmost admiration!
